Setting up MFA a second time

So I recently got a new phone and my Authenticator app info was not transferred via iCloud.

I am trying to set up MFA on my new devise and have logged into my work account but our sites keep sending the notification to my other device that I am no longer in possession of.

Looking for a way to remedy this.
