ZII4 BAD User is authenticated but not connected

Hi,

I'm try to communicate with the mail server I received the error "ZII4 BAD User is authenticated but not connected" it means your mail server can't accept the request to fetch mails so that we can't fetch the emails. How to fix this problem?

Are you using Outlook desktop client?
And are you using Office 365 account? Or anything else?
In addition, is the error "ZII4 BAD User is authenticated but not connected"? If possible, please provide the screenshot about the error for our better research.

In my case, I am using an Apache Camel+Springboot+Camel-Mail to connect to a mailbox through OAuth2 clientsecret and get the same error after every weekend with the old OAuth2 creds. Is there a limit on the number of polls to the mailbox?
