How can you turn off the screen lock when the user is inactive on the computer for a while? During this time, nothing is done on the computer and the screen lock is activated.

Go to Start Menu / Settings / Accounts / Sign-in Options.
On this screen, Look for "Require sign-in" and set it to "Never".
If you also want to remove the need to enter a password when booting: Go to Start Menu and type "netplwiz".
On this screen, uncheck this option: "Users must enter a user name to use this computer".

Settings >Accounts >Sign-in options > Additional settings > Dynamic lock - Disable the check box
"Allow windows to automatically lock your device when you are away"
