Hi,

When I try to share a document on the SharePoint site (Share Option), I am getting the below alert. All the members in our Organization are having contribute permissions.

Sharing properties are defined as below

Any thought why the Approval is still required if everyone is having contribute permissions?

I don't want to Copy the link and send it in a separate email to a specific user.

    Dear @sithender surapur
Hope you to have a good weekend.

According to the message "a request is sent to the approver", you could check it in the list settings > Access request settings > uncheck " Allow access request"

    Thank you for your time.

    Yours faithfully,
    Yi Lu

    Thank you @Yi Lu_MSFT .

All the settings are configured correctly. And when I checked Last Monday, the issue automatically resolved.
