I am studying the ai-900 and want to use the Machine Learning studio for the labs.

I have a work account with no azure subscription, i have a previously created Test AD which i believe has the Free trial Subscription linked to.

I can sign in to the azure portal for my work account, but when i try and Switch directory to my Test AD i get stuck in a signin loop.

It just keeps looping when i try and signin.

I cannot submit an Azure support ticket as i cannot sign in to get the Subscription ID.

Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi LukeRay,
    A couple of ideas,
    Use incognito/private browsing mode.
This will ‘hide’ your access token for your other tenant.
Also, once you get logged into your test tenant, add your user account from your work account as a guest and be sure you receive an invite email. That invite email will add your tenant to your work tenant so you can switch to your test tenant by clicking ‘switch directory’ in the top right corner.
I know that’s a bit confusing but I hope it makes sense for you!
    Good luck!

    Hi @Anonymous

I faced the same issue a few days ago.

I find the solution by use MSDN login portal.

You can log in into your msdn portal https://my.visualstudio.com/?campaign=o~msft~msdn~nav~subscriber.
Login with the correct account and choose the azure subscription.
