Hi everyone,
When I try to login in Business Central(Microsoft) with my Capgemini account, I receive the following message :
"Sorry, we're having trouble verifying your account. Please try again"
Error Code: 500121
Request Id: 47f35ebf-9ead-4ede-abcd-95f74ffc6a00
Correlation Id: ba2c34e4-20ab-45ef-b481-87e3280f5ff1
Timestamp: 2022-08-10T08:06:00Z

I am not getting any calls or code. Furthermore, I tried clearing cache, tried using another browser and tried using another device, problem still exists.
I suppose my account is blacklisted.
Thanks.
Kind Regards,
Perizat.

    Hi @PerizatShatyrbekova-3025

Thank you for asking this question on the **Microsoft Q&A Platform. **

In this thread, there is a solution:

    Error Code: 500121
This typically occurs when authentication failed as part of the multi-factor authentication (MFA) request, it may indicate a configuration or service error. To resolve this issue, can you try resetting (require re-register) MFA for your user.
