Issues with Teams Notifications on iOS

I have two different organisations signed into Teams on my iPhone. For the last few weeks, one of them constantly shows a notification (red number 1 next to the account). When I switch to that account, there is no notification. After switching it goes away for a little while but always comes back. I’ve removed both accounts, and setup again, removed the Teams app, and I’ve even gotten a new phone today and it’s still having the issue. There must be some unread activity that I’m not seeing.

    Does this issue only occurred in this specific user? What about in Teams desktop?

    Based on my research, You might currently be active on the Teams web or desktop app so you cannot see the notification in mobile. If so, it recommends you try to change this setting if you’d prefer to always get notifications on your mobile device. For more details, you could refer to this article:
