Azure account hijacking

An intruder accessed my Azure portal (pay as you go account) and at 5:36 am on August 9, deleted my admin user.

With the help of a partner of my office 365 subscription, he was able to remove access to the attacker and restore my user, however; It seems that my user was linked to a new subscription and I cannot see my previous subscription, I cannot manage the resources that I had before, however, the billing has increased enormously and despite having raised tickets in Miccrosfot support, they do not give me an answer and they don't understand the problem. What I can do?

    Hi @Jorge Aviña

Thank you for asking this question on the **Microsoft Q&A Platform. **

If the previous subscription is part of the same tenant, you can Elevate access to manage all Azure subscriptions and management groups

    Hope this helps,
    Carlos Solís Salazar
