Alert rule

Question

Hi Team,

I have a requirement where when an alert rule fires, i need to send email notification.
Through Azure portal, while creating the alert, inside action group i see option as Email Azure Resource Manager Role with few roles listed in it as Owner, Contributor, reader, Monitoring Contributor, Monitoring Reader.
Could you please reply on below questions -

1. What is Email Azure Resource Manager Role? Is it same as built in Azure roles(like Owner, Contributor, reader, Monitoring Contributor, Monitoring Reader)?
2. Understanding is, inside action group, once an azure resource manager role from above list is selected all users who having that role at subscription level scope will receive an alert email, is this understanding correct?
3. Is there any limitation that only a certain number of rows could be created when selecting an azure resource manager role and Email/SMS Message/Push/Voice (for sending email alert)?

1. yes this 'relates' to those built-in roles.
2. yes
3. I'm not aware of any limitation, however I doubt it's much more than a reasonable amount of text.
