Is this file real?

I found a folder on my computer containing what appears to be a Microsoft program, but it doesn't seem to be where it would belong, so I question it's authenticity.

Why would a true Microsoft program be under Program Files?

    I found this:

    This service has to do with the Always Encrypted with Enclaves feature. I have sent a note to the team to get this more explicitly documented for customers. Some scenarios will break if that service is not enabled.

    Hello, @JayWolfpack !

    Are AzureAttestService.dll and AzureAttestServiceInstaller.exe real Microsoft files?
    I wanted to confirm that AzureAttestService.dll and AzureAttestServiceInstaller.exe are real Microsoft files. You'll commonly see these with SQL as with my freshly created Azure SQL VM (offer sql2022-ws2022) as shown below:
