GPU's "Not available on subscription" for pay-as-you-go

I have an Azure pay-as-you-go subscricption. I can set up basic compute without issues. However, when I try and resize to use GPU or set up a GPU VM I get a "not avialble on subscription" message for all GPU machines, although I am trying to set up a machine in the UK this message appears to be the case across all regions.

Why is this happening and how do I change it?

    I found from Microsoft reference that, the initial quota for the N series VMs (N series VMs offers GPU in Azure) for all subscriptions is set to 0. To increase the quota, you need to raise a request as explained in the below reference.

    Once the request is approved and changes are takes effect, you should see the GPU associated servers
