Outlook update offline address book failed with 0x80004005

Dear experts,
I made some changes in local AD for some users' display names as per their request. Now I wanted to update my offline address book to confirm on the change, however it always gives me captured error. Any idea how to fix it?
I'm using Office 365 and now all other functions seem fine.

Any update about this question so far? According to your description above, are you using Exchange online? Have you checked if the changes you made have been synced to cloud successfully? Please correct me if I have any misunderstanding about your environment.
How many users in your organization encounter the same issue when download OAB?
The easiest way you could take a try is creating a new offline address book:
New-OfflineAddressBook -Name "OAB_Contoso" -AddressLists "\Default Global Address List" Set-OfflineAddressBook -Identity "OAB_Contoso" -IsDefault $true -

We have around 1000 users and yes we are using Exchange online.
Where do we run this command please?

The command lines you mentioned, is it used to create new OAB for my local computer, or it's for the exchange server on the cloud?
