Just as it says in the title. I have a new user starting, I created the account in AD then sync to Office 365, but the user does not show up at all. There are no errors noted but I did see them listed at Projections on one of they syncs.

Any ideas?

    Hi @Bill Fry

Thank you for asking this question on the **Microsoft Q&A Platform. **

Verify is the user is in an OU that is in the scope of the Azure AD Connect.

    Hope this helps,
    Carlos Solís Salazar

Probably the easiest way to go about this is to check via the troubleshooter tool: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/hybrid/tshoot-connect-objectsync
A more manual approach is to follow the steps here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/hybrid/tshoot-connect-object-not-syncing#connector-space-object-properties
In a nutshell, start by checking the object properties in the Metaverse, check the connectors tab and verify that at least two connectors are listed, verify the join type, etc. If you're not seeing two connectors, the object is likely filtered.
