Exchange 2019, on-premise.
Office/Outlook 2016 - we do not use Office 365 or Outlook.com
User was in Outlook last night; all normal.
Got in today - entire contents of Sent Items have disappeared.
User did not delete anything. No (former) Sent Items found in Deleted Items folder.
No Outlook rules in place involving Sent Items.
No Retntion Policies applied to this malibox from EAC/Compliance Management
No changes made to mailbox from EAC at all
User created a few new emails today, and those are appearing in SEnt Items, as usual; problem is that everyting there prior to today has disappeared.
Tried checking from OWA - not seeing them there, either.
What could have caused this? Can we get them back?
