Hello,

For several days, I can no longer connect to TEAMS.

I keep getting the message "Sorry...we're having a problem" (Error Code: caa20002)

I even subscribed to the TEAMS Pro subscription offer to see if that could solve my problem, but it didn't.

It seems that I have a personal account and a pro account on the same email address and that the app can't launch regardless of the selection.

I tried going to settings > accounts > access work or school.

The pro account is well indicated. I tried to log out to log back in but I got the following message:

"This PC is not joined to a domain" and if I click on the "Disconnect" button, this same message appears again. and again...

In short... I don't know what to do to unlock the situation.

Please help :)

    Hi @Nathalie Daubisse

Is it a personal email address (for example, someone@harsh.com .com) or an email address offered by your organization (if using a domain by Microsoft it would look like someone@yourdomain.onmicrosoft.com)?
Can you login Teams on the web with this email address successfully? Or it would return the same error: AADSTS90002: Tenant not found.

If Teams on the web is working without issues, please exit Teams and clear the cache of Teams.
And retry to see if you are able to login with your account.

    Hi and thanks for help.

This is the same email address. I am self-employed and I only use only one address.
I was surprised but i have the same e-mail on the personnal account and the "professionnal or school" account.
(I already had a personal account attached to this same email address with my work)
Teams web doesn't work and gives me the same error.
I had tried on another computer and even error.
My IT provider tried with my credentials and it's the same mistake.

As if the personal account and the pro account were in conflict.

I also had Teams invitations from other organizations that are essential for my work and they no longer work.

Is it possible to merge the two accounts and find what I had before, including my shared file folders 234367-compte-microsoft.jpg?

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi,

I've already try to post on Microsoft Community. And a moderator rcommended to post on Q&A Microsoft (You can read my post here : https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msteams/forum/all/code-derreur-caa20002/84f4def1-0cc4-4d16-9ac3-4e9bd52e50bd )

Since yesterday, on my personnal account, I changed my Alias by another mail address.

Now I have 1 unique email address for my personal account and 1 other email address for my business account. (not the same thing)
and the mistake is still there...

When I try on different terminals, same error. (even on my mobile)
Is there no one who can help me at Microsoft and verify my account?

I had an invitation from a group of customers attached to my personal account and I can no longer access it either...
The worst thing is that this invitation appears on my personal account and I can not delete it...

Is there no support for my problem?
Please, give me a phone contact in French to have support and solve these issues.

Only Microsoft can fix this problem, which prevents me from working despite a purchased license.

    Thanks for your help.
