Hello, My coworker is having some issues receiving emails.

She is unable to receive any emails at all. There are no issues as far as sending emails, but she cannot receive any of them. In fact, when I tried messaging her the email bounced back with the following message "Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it." The same has happened to anyone trying to contact her via email.

How may we go about fixing this issue?

She is our head of Sales, so it is important to us the matter be resolved in a timely manner.

    related to the error message Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it.
    Who is your email provider? Are you running your own email server or are you using a "hosted email service"?
    You best option might be to get in contact with the admin of the email provider.

    There could be several reasons for this.

    First check the user's mailbox hasn't filled to the quota limit.

    Review the "diagnostic information for administrators" to better identify the reason for the bounce. Example: fix-office-365-forwarding-error-your-message-wasnt-delivered-because-the-recipients-email-provider-rejected-it

    Or check on your SPF record: your-message-wasn39t-delivered-because-the-recipie.html

    Which mail server this mailbox hosted on?

    Based on the error information, emails sent to this mailbox blocked the serve side. You need to confirm with the admin for mail server first.

    I am inexperienced when it comes to servers and electronics in general, the only information I am in knowledge to provide is as follows:

    • We are about 7-10 employees working in a small business, which provides email accounts for us.
    • I have administrative access to our shared Microsoft 365, and am in a position to help my colleague who is experiencing the problem.
    • As stated previously, she is currently unable to receive any emails to her account (jsantiago@jeroindustrial.com) both on her computer and on her phone, but she is still able to send out emails. It seems as if her emails are being directly forwarded to deleted items.
    • We tried checking if it was a storage issue, but she seems to have plenty of available storage.
    • To my knowledge our boss hasn't restricted any access or worked on any of the accounts recently for that matter.

    She is also having issues now, saving documents in our cloud, as well as scanning documents and uploading them to the cloud
