Upgrading from standard to premium front door

Can I upgrade and downgrade my front door size?
Ie. Can i go standard -> premium 1 month, then premium -> standard the next month? (Thinking of hosting a next.js project in azure)
I mostly need to know what happens if I get stuck (go over the standard size) and for how long. Also, what ur options are when costs change?

    Thank you for posting the question to the Q&A forum.

    Switching from Standard to Premium or another way around or migrating between two different SKUs is not been supported until now in Azure Front Door, you will have to recreate the profiles accordingly as per the below documentation:
