Can't open protected messages

Hi,

Can't open protected message for an single user.

When an user receives encrypted message they cant open them but other users can.

User get following error

I'm not sure why this is happening to this user only, can someone please let me know if anything missing from this users account. All users are office 365 users

    • In order to verify, is this the page that is redirected when opening protected message?
      If so, it is suggested to clear the browser's cache and cookies then restart the computer and try to log in again.
    • Beside, configure the user's account with other users' computer and see if it continues.
