Outlook doesn't seem to connect

Once user connect to home Wifi and then the Azure VPN, the connection seems unstable. At the moment, for example, Teams, this portal, and remote desktop are working fine, but Outlook doesn't seem to connect. Outlook had been working fine this morning, but seems to drop in and out. Any ideas?
Office 365 environment.

In addition to connecting home WIFI, such as when in the office, does Outlook have connection problems? Is it a problem with some users or all of them? Could users connect normally when using hotspots?
There are Microsoft diagnostics that you could run to troubleshoot connectivity issues. The diagnostics perform automated checks to detect issues and provide possible solutions to fix them.
