Regarding this Payment ID - 395424396. There was a "Refundable No-Show Exam Deposit" which i still haven't got even after attending the exam. Kindly look into it at the earliest and provide your feedback.

    Hi @Andreas Baumgarten @Dave Patrick , I have already connected with the Pearson VUE Support multiple times on calls and Mails but didn't got any proper response from them till now. They are only saying will look into it. Not even a proper ETA or timeline has been provided to me.
    Is there any chance that Microsoft team can pitch in here to help in expediting this since it was a Microsoft certification exam?
