I have recently 'lost' all folders on my Desktop in outlook, which is synching to GMail. However, they are still all there on my laptop, so obviously these is an issue with the desktop settings but I can't find it.

    Hi @Chris Arnoul ,

I think the quickest way to fix the syncing problem is to delete the Gmail account from Outlook and re-add it.

Consider the profile or the datafile is damaged, it is suggested that you could try to create a new profile(Control Panel>Mail>Show Profiles>add) and add your Gmail account to check if there are some differences.
