Getting "Something's wrong and we can't load this page" in Exchange with PIM role

Hi,

We use Azure AD Privileged Identity Management (PIM) to enable "Exchange Recipient Administrator" role for Exchange Online. However, even after 1 hour we are still unable to open Delegation tab in a Mailbox (Exchange admin center) as we are getting "Something's wrong and we can't load this page" error (below). We tried different browsers (including Edge) and inPrivate modes and nothing works. The error happens on multiple machines with multiple users and lasts from minutes to days.

    Hi, there is actually an outage for this currently in 365.

    More info: Impact is specific to admins activating Azure AD roles in Azure AD Privileged Identity Management (Azure AD PIM). Delays may be as long as 15 minutes.

    Current status: Our investigation has determined that a recent configuration change introduced a code issue which impacted our caching of data, resulting in impact. We're working to revert the configuration change to fully remediate impact for all users.

    Scope of impact: Your organization is affected by this, and all admins eligible to Azure AD Roles may experience delays after activating their roles in Azure AD PIM.
