need Admin Access to Microsoft 365

Dear Support,

I'm an administrator for a smaller school starting up just in 3 days. I need to associate my non-Microsoft Domain with Microsoft 365 across the organization.Still I can't proceed due to the attached error message.

Could you please advise? Note that I also have a peer who actually created my account. Apparently it doesn't work as expected

    Hi,

    It seems you do not have access to the tenant to associate the domain, do you have any other admin that had Global Administrator access to manage the AD Tenant?
