Email notification on SQL Quota Limit

Please kindly advise if there is any tutorial on how to setup an email alert notification whenever the SQL quota is hit.

    As I understand your ask, you want to set up alert emails for your SQL database.
    We should create Action group ( action-groups) and then set alerts using this link: alerts-insights-configure-portal wherein we may select from the available signal logic and configure the limits.
