Outlook 2013 - Reset Show number of unread items

Was doing a project that I needed to see the total number of items in each folder/subfolder in a different PST, so I used a posted VBA script to modify the view in Outlook to show this information for all folders. Worked great, exactly what I needed. Now, I'm done with that and need to switch the view back to "show number of unread items". How can I do that (preferably with another VBA script) without having to touch all 300 subfolders and manually change the properties?

    Hi @Bill Clark ,

    Welcome to our forum!

I noticed that you have ran the VBA script to change the view in Outlook client, to reset the view, it's suggested that you could click View>in Current View group>click Reset View to check if there're any differences.

If it doesn't work, please try a command to reset the view settings: win+R> type: outlook /cleanviews.(This command will delete all custom view settings. If you need to keep other view settings, please remember to back up.)

    Hope to help you!
