Other AAD users are unable to join AAD joined device
Device is joined to AAD with primary user. Added additional users in Windows 11 Pro under Settings > Accounts > Other Users > Work or School Users -> Add a Work or School account. Additional AAD user adds successfully and resolves to the correct name. Reboot laptop and attempt to log in with the AAD account but unsuccessful. Returns error such as "Invalid Username or Password."
I am assuming it is only AAD Joined and not Hybird?
Did you tried with UPN of your account?

This is exclusively AAD Joined.
I've tried AzureAD\andreas@Company portal .com, andreas@Company portal .com, and AzureAD\Andreas (the account name resolved on the local pc when adding the "other" user).
We requested that this issue be escalated through Microsoft support. How do we resolve this issue?
