A technical support agent with really bad grammar gave me a link to this site and said it was their commercial technical support. I swear, Microsoft went downhill since the new CEO. But I digress.
If you know the answer, great! Let me know. If not, if you could point me to this mythical commercial technical support (for SharePoint), that would be wonderful.
Okay, so, I created a SharePoint Add-in. It was working fine for about a week. Yesterday, I tried to deploy and went to the URL (https://xxxx.sharepoint.com/REOS). It tacks on some extra characters, so the URL becomes something like https://xxxxxx-xxxx.sharepoint.com/REOS. Then it says:
Hmmm… can't reach this page
Check if there is a typo in xxx.sharepoint.com.
If I wait it out, it eventually does correct itself, but this is not ideal. 15 minutes (or however long) between small changes is not acceptable. I also noticed that the SharePoint page for the company I work for does not do this. Is there a way I can get another URL, and have it function like theirs? Or is there a way to change it so it works like it was working?
TIA
