Everytime I turn my computer on I have to put in a system password. How do I delete that and have the computer just come on when power is turned on? I am using a Dell Inspiron 3475 AOI.

    Hello,

    Please follow these steps:

    1. Type netplwiz in the search box at the bottom left corner of the desktop. Then click on netplwiz on the pop-up menu.
    2. In User Accounts dialog box, uncheck the box next to 'Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer'. Then click OK button.
    3. To ensure the operation is authorized, you are required to enter and confirm your password. Enter Password and Confirm Password, then click OK button.
    4. Restart your PC then you can log in without using a password.

    Hope this helps!

    Hi,

What's your system version? Please run "winver" to check details.

For adding the upper kindly customer say, as I know, some versions of Windows such as Windows 10 version 2004 is not support to bypass password with netplwiz. As bypass password would bring security risk for your computer, we recommend to use Windows hello to login system with Fingerprint, Face or PIN.

For more information about Windows Hello sign-in option, please refer to: Windows 10 sign-in options and account protection

Or we could use local group policy to change the password policy with minimum password to 0 and disable Password must meet complexity requirements. So that we could use a single number as password.
For more information, please refer the link below:

Windows 10 Local Security Policy Editor
