Hi There

I am looking for an ISO File for Windows server 2016 Version 1607 Build 14393.7159 to download.

SFC /scannow have found uncorrectable files so I want to check and Fix them with DISM /restorehealth but I need a source for install.wim.

Thatswhy my question.

This depends on your license subscription, if you have purchased the Server 2016 license in M365, you can get it from that link. If you have any questions about your license benefits, try contact Microsoft volume license center:
