Product: Windows Server 2019 Essentials. EULA issue.

MS Server 2019 Essentials continues to turn off every 7 days in the mistaken belief that EULA issue exists. Gold partner installed, but could not correct or properly apply the 2 core licenses that accompany product, which allows up to 25 users. Neither Microsoft nor gold partner seem to be able to fix. Has anyone else seen this problem and overcome it? Microsoft is zero help. While Microsoft says what we are doing should work, though it does not. Server works great except for the EULA issue causing system to power off at exactly 7 days after turning system back on. The only solution that MS has come up with is to ask us to upgrade, though product should work as-is. Does Microsoft have no one that has ever dealt with this and overcome it? Would like to hire someone who has seen this before. I personally believe that the two core licenses were installed incorrectly and that system believes that only one exists, though the system comes with two!

    Hi Aaron Crowe,

regarding the EULA issue causing the system to power off, this is likely due to a licensing issue. It's possible that the two core licenses were not properly applied or activated, which is causing the system to believe that there is an EULA issue.

I would recommend reaching out to Volume Licensing Support Info. | Microsoft Learn for further assistance with this issue. They should be able to help you properly apply and activate the two core licenses that came with your product.

Additionally, you may want to consider reaching out to a Microsoft Certified Partner or a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) who has experience with Windows Server licensing and activation. They may be able to provide additional insight and assistance with resolving this issue.

    Best regards,

    Lei
