Props to Solsie for this, clipboard2phone sends an SMS message to your phone with the contents of your clipboard whenever you press an assigned shortcut key.  This reminds me of an experience while working last Sunday.  I was sitting in my office and then I received a call on my phone and my music stopped and a pop-up appeared on my desktop.  Our internal phone network, which is integrated with our desktops, pauses Windows Media Player when an incoming call is answered. 

What I'm really saying is that this sort of transparent integration between PCs, appliances, and gadgets is really where I think the near future of computing is moving to.
