IEeee! just RTM'ed

Ok, so RTM'ed is a big exaggeration, but I've updated IEeee - the IE addin to allow you to raise bugs straight from the browser to TFS.

I’ve also made the following changes:

I've fixed a couple of bugs – occasionally an assert dialog would appear stating that I hadn’t Disposed something – No, I’ve actually changed the code not just sent out a release build :-)
Improved the error handling around connecting to the server
Added support non-windows based authentication – e.g. if you are accessing the server from outside the domain you can now provided different credentials.
