az datadog tag-rule

This reference is part of the datadog extension for the Azure CLI (version 2.70.0 or higher). The extension will automatically install the first time you run an az datadog tag-rule command. Learn more about extensions.

Provides a set of commands to manage tag rules for Datadog monitor resources, allowing you to control which Azure resources are monitored based on their tags.

Required Parameters

--monitor-name --name -n

Monitor resource name.

--resource-group -g

Name of resource group. You can configure the default group using az configure --defaults group=<name>.

--rule-set-name

Rule set name.

Optional Parameters

The following parameters are optional, but depending on the context, one or more might become required for the command to execute successfully.

--log-rules

Set of rules for sending logs for the Monitor resource. Support shorthand-syntax, json-file and yaml-file. Try "??" to show more.

Required Parameters

--monitor-name --name -n

Monitor resource name.

--resource-group -g

The following parameters are optional, but depending on the context, one or more might become required for the command to execute successfully.

--max-items

Total number of items to return in the command's output. If the total number of items available is more than the value specified, a token is provided in the command's output. To resume pagination, provide the token value in --next-token argument of a subsequent command.
