Examples

Download log files f1 and f2 to the current directory from the server 'testsvr'.

az postgres server-logs download -g testgroup -s testsvr -n f1.log f2.log

Required Parameters

--name -n

Space-separated list of log filenames on the server to download.

Optional Parameters

--ids

One or more resource IDs (space-delimited). It should be a complete resource ID containing all information of 'Resource Id' arguments. You should provide either --ids or other 'Resource Id' arguments.

--resource-group -g

Name of resource group. You can configure the default group using az configure --defaults group=<name>.

--server-name -s

Name of the server. The name can contain only lowercase letters, numbers, and the hyphen (-) character. Minimum 3 characters and maximum 63 characters.

--subscription

Name or ID of subscription. You can configure the default subscription using az account set -s NAME_OR_ID.

--debug

Increase logging verbosity to show all debug logs.

--help -h

Show this help message and exit.

--only-show-errors

Only show errors, suppressing warnings.

--output -o

Output format.

default value: json
--query

JMESPath query string. See http://jmespath.org/ for more information and examples.

--subscription

Name or ID of subscription. You can configure the default subscription using az account set -s NAME_OR_ID.

--verbose

Increase logging verbosity. Use --debug for full debug logs.

List log files for a server.

Examples

List log files for 'testsvr' modified in the last 72 hours (default value).

az postgres server-logs list -g testgroup -s testsvr

List log files for 'testsvr' modified in the last 10 hours.

az postgres server-logs list -g testgroup -s testsvr --file-last-written 10

List log files for 'testsvr' less than 30Kb in size.

az postgres server-logs list -g testgroup -s testsvr --max-file-size 30

Required Parameters

--resource-group -g

Name of resource group. You can configure the default group using az configure --defaults group=<name>.

--server-name -s

Name of the Server.

Optional Parameters

--file-last-written

Integer in hours to indicate file last modify time, default value is 72.

--filename-contains

The pattern that file name should match.

--max-file-size

The file size limitation to filter files.
