How to Get Support

This page provides instructions on how to get support with Microsoft Collaborate.

Support Options

  1. If you are not sure how to do something in Microsoft Collaborate, review the Documentation and Guidance for the area you have questions about.
  2. If your question or issue is related to a specific program or engagement, check their support options first. This information is available on the program and engagement overview pages respectively.
  3. If something is not working the way you expect, check the Troubleshooting Guides to see if your issue is described.

Submit an Incident

Please read the below items before clicking on Submit an Incident to prevent any delay. Select Developer, Student and Startup Programs as product family, Dev Center as product or service, and Collaborate as category for Product and Support Type on Services Hub.

  • Provide clear repro steps of the issue along with any error messages.
  • Make sure you create the support request under the user account with this issue.
  • Please expect 1 business day for SLA. Business hours are Monday - Friday 8AM - 8PM (CDT) excluding holidays.
  • Create multiple cases may bring slower response.
  • Please check your junk folder in case the mail server classifies Partner Center Support’s reply as junk.
