How long does the training take to complete?

Training sessions are designed for different audiences, including technical users, business users, and students. They typically last 45-60 minutes.

Do participants need access to Microsoft Copilot to join the Microsoft AI Skills Fest?

No, participants can join without direct access to Microsoft Copilot on their company devices. They can practice basic prompts on the Microsoft Copilot web site.

Does it cost anything to participate in Microsoft AI Skills Fest?

During the Kickoff Celebration, the 24-hour period beginning April 7 at 23:00 UTC (9:00 AM AEST) and concluding April 8 at 23:00 UTC (4:00 PM PDT), all content is free of charge for all participants.

During the 50 days of AI discovery and learning (April 8 – May 28, 2025) Microsoft Training and Ecosystem Partners will provide a mix of free and discounted courses and exam preparation workshops.

Are there any age-based limits and/or restrictions for participation in the Microsoft AI Skills Fest?

Participants who are age 18+ may register individually for the Microsoft AI Skills Fest.

Participants under the age of 18 cannot register themselves, but can have a parent, guardian, or teacher register themselves and then provide access to the activities, badges etc. as appropriate.

How do I register for Microsoft AI Skills Fest?

To register for Microsoft AI Skills Fest, go to our registration page and follow the steps below.

• Click “Sign in”.
• Select your preferred log-in method.
• If you prefer to use your email address instead of one of the listed authentication methods select “Continue with other email” and then select “Or, Create a new account”.
• Enter your preferred email address and Click “Send verification code”.
• Check your email and enter the provided verification code.
• Create and confirm a new password and click “Create”.
• Complete all required fields, questions and checkboxes (marked with a red *) on the Contact page.
• Review the information presented and click Submit.

Do I have to register first, or can I just take the training?

To get credit for participating in the GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ attempt, and to receive badges, you must register on the AI Skills Fest site. Some training also requires additional registration.

Do I need to register for Microsoft AI Skills Fest with my Microsoft Learn profile?

Registration with a Microsoft Learn profile is optional to participate in Microsoft AI Skills Fest. If you would like to receive the AI Skills Fest badge, a Microsoft Learn profile is required. I am planning to host an event. What role should I select when registering?

If the roles business professional, business leader, student, or technical professional do not apply to you, please select Other in the Role category drop down, and enter an appropriate description under Other role category when prompted.

I need help accessing my registration information.

• Someone else registered for you, and you need access.
• You forgot which credentials you used to sign in.

How do I reset my password?

If you used an email address to register for Microsoft AI Skills Fest, and you have forgotten, or wish to change your password, go to our registration page and follow the steps below.

1. Select “Continue with other email” and then select “Forgot your password?”.
2. Enter your registered email address and click “Send verification code”.
3. Check your email, enter the provided verification code, and click “Verify code”.
4. Click “Continue”.
5. Enter and confirm your new password and click “Continue”.

How do I update my profile?

To update your profile, go to our registration page and follow the steps below.

• Click “Sign in”.
• Log in with the credentials used to register for Microsoft AI Skills Fest.
• On the Registration Confirmation page. Click the “Contact information” menu.
• The menu will expand to display your profile. Click the “Edit” link in the expanded Contact information dialog box.
• You will be taken to the registration form, where you may update your information as needed.
• Click the blue “Update” button at the bottom of the form and your profile will be updated.

How can I sign in with a different or new email address?

To sign in with a different or new email address, go to our registration page and follow the steps below.

• Click “Sign in”.
• Select “Continue with other email” and then select “Or, Create a new account”.
• Enter your preferred email address and click “Send verification code”.
• Check your email and enter the verification code provided.
• Create and confirm a new password and click “Create”.

How do I change my email address?

Will there be a badge available when the record for most users to take an online multi-level artificial intelligence lesson in 24 hours is awarded by GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™?

Yes!
