DirectoryAttribute.OnValidate(Object) Method

The OnValidate(Object) method verifies that value
is a DirectoryAttribute object.

contains a null reference (Nothing
in Visual Basic).
value
must be either a string, byte[], or URI.
Remarks
This method does not return a value. Instead, an exception is thrown if the specified object is null or is an invalid DirectoryAttribute object.
