NoiseReduction	Input noise reduction. Set to null to disable.
Transcription	Asynchronous input-audio transcription. Set to null to disable transcription.
TurnDetection	Turn (end-of-speech) detection. Server-side turn detection is enabled by default; set to null to disable it, in which case the client must trigger responses manually.
