Creates a new instance of HttpHeader with provided name and value.

Properties

Name	Gets header name.
Value	Gets header value. If the header has multiple values they would be joined with a comma. To get separate values use TryGetValues(String, IEnumerable<String>) or TryGetValues(String, IEnumerable<String>).
