A class representing a collection of ApiManagementNotificationResource and their operations. Each ApiManagementNotificationResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of ApiManagementServiceResource. To get an ApiManagementNotificationCollection instance call the GetApiManagementNotifications method from an instance of ApiManagementServiceResource.
