A class representing a collection of ApiTagDescriptionResource and their operations. Each ApiTagDescriptionResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of ApiResource. To get an ApiTagDescriptionCollection instance call the GetApiTagDescriptions method from an instance of ApiResource.
