A class representing a collection of AppConfigurationStoreResource and their operations. Each AppConfigurationStoreResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of ResourceGroupResource. To get an AppConfigurationStoreCollection instance call the GetAppConfigurationStores method from an instance of ResourceGroupResource.
