ContainerAppCollection.cs

A class representing a collection of ContainerAppResource and their operations. Each ContainerAppResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of ResourceGroupResource. To get a ContainerAppCollection instance call the GetContainerApps method from an instance of ResourceGroupResource.
