A class representing a collection of CdnKeyGroupResource and their operations. Each CdnKeyGroupResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of ProfileResource. To get a CdnKeyGroupCollection instance call the GetCdnKeyGroups method from an instance of ProfileResource.
