A class representing a collection of CognitiveServicesAccountResource and their operations. Each CognitiveServicesAccountResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of ResourceGroupResource. To get a CognitiveServicesAccountCollection instance call the GetCognitiveServicesAccounts method from an instance of ResourceGroupResource.
