ResilientVmCreationPolicyEnabled	Specifies whether resilient VM creation should be enabled on the virtual machine scale set. The default value is false.
ResilientVmDeletionPolicyEnabled	Specifies whether resilient VM deletion should be enabled on the virtual machine scale set. The default value is false.
