A class representing a collection of SecurityInsightsAlertRuleTemplateResource and their operations. Each SecurityInsightsAlertRuleTemplateResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of OperationalInsightsWorkspaceSecurityInsightsResource. To get a SecurityInsightsAlertRuleTemplateCollection instance call the GetSecurityInsightsAlertRuleTemplates method from an instance of OperationalInsightsWorkspaceSecurityInsightsResource.
