A class representing a collection of SecurityInsightsIncidentResource and their operations. Each SecurityInsightsIncidentResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of OperationalInsightsWorkspaceSecurityInsightsResource. To get a SecurityInsightsIncidentCollection instance call the GetSecurityInsightsIncidents method from an instance of OperationalInsightsWorkspaceSecurityInsightsResource.
