A class representing a collection of ManagedInstanceResource and their operations. Each ManagedInstanceResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of ResourceGroupResource. To get a ManagedInstanceCollection instance call the GetManagedInstances method from an instance of ResourceGroupResource.
