Gets an object representing a QueueServiceResource along with the instance operations that can be performed on it but with no data. You can use CreateResourceIdentifier(String, String, String) to create a QueueServiceResource ResourceIdentifier from its components. MockingTo mock this method, please mock GetQueueServiceResource(ResourceIdentifier) instead.
